Bill Jones
Bill Jones is husband to Amy and proud father of Ruby (9) and Roy (6).
A seasoned entrepreneur in the oil and gas industry, Bill has always carried a deep passion for education, innovation, and building strong communities.
His journey into education began as a Master Guide at the Acton School of Business, where he saw firsthand the power of learner-driven models.
He went on to become the Co-Founder of Acton Academy Dripping Springs, and later, Co-Founder of Journey Suite—a platform built to help schools and families thrive by simplifying operations and deepening engagement.
At the heart of Bill’s work is a belief that parents and educators should have the tools they need to focus less on admin and more on guiding young heroes in their learning journeys.
Chad Metcalf
Chad Metcalf is husband to Kristi and father to three boys — Maverick, Wyatt, and Ryder.
A former Navy SEAL, Chad learned early the value of perseverance, creative problem-solving, and teamwork under pressure. After earning his MBA from the Acton School of Business, he went on to work with several startups, focusing on marketing and business operations.
Those experiences sharpened his ability to understand customer journeys and design systems that drive real growth.
As both an Acton Parent and entrepreneur, Chad co-founded Journey Suite to help Acton owners in their mission to bring freedom to the world through disruptive education — by equipping schools with tools and systems that make their work more impactful, sustainable, and scalable.
