Is Journey Suite really customized for Acton Academies?
Yes. Journey Suite is the result of 5 years of direct development effort at AA Dripping Springs, backed up by many years of building systems just like Journey Suite.
From the Ads, to the Custom CRM, and all the outbound automated messaging everything is custom designed for driving enrollment at Acton Academies.
We designed Journey Suite for Acton Academy owners.
You have plenty to do running launching and building a school and community, you shouldn’t have to become a professional digital marketing and sales expert as well.
For the Basic Plan (DIY), what all is included?
For the Basic Plan (DIY), you get your own custom CRM and outbound automated messaging, but we leave the lead generation to you.
For lead generation, you can choose to do your own gorilla marketing efforts (connecting with local clubs, groups and events, etc) or you can design and run your own paid advertising using any channels you choose.
Then you can use your custom Journey Suite CRM to capture, nurture and track your leads as you work on filling your studios.
For the Pro Plan (Done With You), what all is included?
For the Pro Plan, you get our proven ads package (all ads are tested and proven to work) and you get your own custom CRM and outbound automated messaging.
For the Pro Plan, you will need to set up your ads in your own Facebook Ads Manager Account, but you will have access to our instructional videos and tutorials as well as access to the whole community of Journey Suite users inside the Community Area.
All the support you need to set up and run your own Journey Suite system to fill your campus.
What are my options for Onboarding?
Whether you choose the Basic (DIY), Pro (Done With You), or Pro Plus Plan (Done For You), the first step to getting Journey Suite up and running for your campus is Onboarding.
There are three options for Onboarding:
Option 1: For Basic and Pro Plans
Once you have selected a service level and have gone through payment processing,
you will receive an email with instructions on how to schedule your Tech Onboarding call with our support team and what to do to be ready for that call.
Option 2: For Pro Plus Plans
Everything in the Basic and Pro Plan Onboarding PLUS we set up your ads for you in your own Facebook Ads Manager account and we make sure everything is working from the Ads, to capturing leads in the top of your funnel, and everything in between.
Option 3: For Pro Plan Users that Want a Quick Start
Choose the Pro + Plan and get setup and running then move to the Pro Plan when you're ready.
Is there a contract?
No. At Journey Suite you can go month to month. You can upgrade at anytime and you can downgrade from Pro + to Pro at anytime. Note you cannot downgrade from Pro or Pro + to Basic.
How much ads budget do I need to run each month?
Great question and it depends on multiple factors, including:
Your campus’s location.
Your location matters a lot.
Are you located in a city or large metro area or in a rural setting out in the countryside?
Your location and your proximity to prospective Acton families will dictate a lot of your ads budget needs.
Your previous marketing efforts.
Have you completed your 100 BLDs (breakfast, lunch and dinner meetings)?
Have you run any focused marketing efforts around your campus yet?
Creating initial awareness and interest in your Acton Academy will take either a lot of hustle and gorilla marketing legwork, some paid advertising or both , but the good news is that you have some options at your disposal.
Enrollment season in your area.
In our experience, enrollment can be very seasonal with interested parents shopping for new schools early in the year before the school year starts (e.g. in North America.
Other factors.
Facebook/Instagram -related ads placement factors can also affect your ad budget, especially if you are purchasing ads on the auction (which we recommend).
In general, however, we recommend sizing your first month’s ads budget to the workload you need done.
Have a large job to do – e.g. filling 20+ seats for a new studio in a metro area where no one has heard of Acton Academy (yet) – then size your first month ad budget a bit larger – e.g. $1000, $2000, or $3000 for the first month.
I’m starting out with the Pro Plus Plan (Done For You), but I plan to switch to the Pro plan as soon as I’m comfortable running it and have the time to do it. How long should I plan for?
Depends, but maybe just a month?
For many owners, running the Journey Suite system including managing paid ads and overseeing the CRM is pretty easy to do once the system is set up and running for you (designing and building the system are hard; and initial set up of a new campus can be a challenge as well if you don’t have a lot of experience running ads and CRMs.
But once we have your Journey Suite system up and running most owners can take the reins pretty quickly and can adjust ads budgets and turn on/off ads as they deem necessary on their own (or even with a little help from the Journey Suite Community).
